BoardingFull board - $325 per month - Full board includes daily grain as often as needed, free choice hay and water, turn in/out, blanketing as needed, stall space and cleaning, space for tack, and supplement and worming administration. ***Supplements, wormers, vet appointments, farrier costs are the responsibility of the owners. ***Boarders MUST provide a current negative coggins and proof of vaccinations PRIOR to arrival. Daily Board - $15 per night - This is a service for those who need a few nights stay at the facility while laying over for a show, clinic, etc. This includes free choice hay and water and feed administered according to boarder's specificity. Owner must clean their stalls before departure, provide their own feed, and the employees at the farm will be happy to administer for your convenience. ***MUST provide current negative coggins and updated vaccinations PRIOR to arrival via mail, in person, scanned email (must bring original upon arrival), or fax. | Not Ready to Buy? Try a lease!Partial Lease - $175 per month - Includes 3 days a week aside from lessons to ride. Rides are not to last longer than 1 hour and a trainer or barn owner must be on the premises. Days available to ride will depend on when the horses are used in the lessons. Full Lease - $325 per month - A full lease removes the horse from the lesson program and allows the rider any day of the week up to 5 days a week. Rides should not last longer than an hour, and the horses must receive at least 2 days rest a week. On rest days they may still be used for grooming and ground work. Owner or trainer must be on premises at all times. |
